1.Acceptance of terms

By using the LiveUHris website, web application, mobile app or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including any updates or modifications. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.

2.Use of our services

LiveUHris provides a comprehensive HRIS platform for HR management, including an HR administration web app, an employee self-service portal, biometric attendance integration, payroll automation and leave management. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Account security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate information:

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, and to keep that information up to date.

Compliance:

You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines — including Sri Lanka's EPF, ETF and data protection requirements — while using our Services.

3.Subscription & payment

LiveUHris operates on a subscription basis with clear monthly pricing for each module, including the Core HRIS Platform, Employee Mobile App and Biometric Attendance Device. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Cancellation may be requested at any time through your account settings, subject to the terms outlined at sign-up.

4.Intellectual property rights

All content, design, logos, graphics and software provided by LiveUHris are the property of LiveU Team or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our prior written consent. Your use of our Services does not grant you any ownership rights.

5.Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. LiveUHris does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall LiveUHris be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

You acknowledge that any reliance on our Services is at your own risk.

6.Modifications to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7.Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services will be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
